With a history spanning over 40 years, SIP is now one of the largest and most respected manufacturers within the welding and compressor market place worldwide. Our brand has been synonymous with the design, development and manufacture of the highest quality transformer-based welding and compressed air equipment since 1968.

Sales & Customer Service

SIP is committed to working with all our partners to build business together. We currently list over 2000 distributors and qualified service agents to provide product availability and high quality after sales service. Our telephone sales and marketing staff actively support our distributors with year round promotions, information and advice to ensure our customers select the right product for them. We also have a team of Area Sales Managers covering the whole of the UK who regularly visit our distributors to actively provide extra help and support.

Technical

The SIP technical department provides full distributor and end-user back up through our telephone help-lines, fax and email. Our friendly and professional technical advisors are on hand to offer advice and technical support on all of our products. We also have a dedicated workshop offering a complete after-sales service for warranties, servicing and repairs.

Production

Many of our flagship compressors, generators and petrol pressure washers are constructed within the production department located at our headquarters. Made to order, these quality products are put together by our expert engineers. We also thoroughly test every one before sending it out to the customer to ensure that you receive a first-class, reliable product every time.

Export

SIP exports worldwide to countries including Australia, Africa, throughout the EU, the Middle East and the Far East. Our experienced export team provides ongoing support to our distributor network around the world.

Fema

Our core range is produced through FEMA, our manufacturing affiliate company in Italy. With over 50 years experience, FEMA are world famous for their quality and expertise in all areas of welding, plasma cutting, battery chargers and petrol driven generators. We are proud to work in partnership with FEMA to achieve a depth of product understanding and specialisation seldom available elsewhere.
