3-POINT BELT ACCESS FOR VERSATILE USE IN A VARIETY OF LINISHING APPLICATIONS

This versatile machine has 3 accessible working points (wheel, platen top and full platen) for a range of linishing tasks. 34mtr/sec belt speed for robust application use.
An adjustable tool support ensures workpiece makes accurate contact with the wheel. An adjustable belt tracker is fitted to ensure abrasive belt is centralised at all times.
The linisher head can also tilt to accommodate a variety of material lengths and sizes.

2000MM X 75MM ZIRCONIUM BONDED BELT OFFERS SUPERIOR DURABILITY & HEAT RESISTANCE IN USE

Long-lasting zirconium bonded belt for smoothing and finishing a variety of metal types. This includes mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel.

QUICK-RELEASE BELT CHANGES VIA ACCESS PANEL HELPS REDUCE MACHINE DOWNTIME

The abrasive zirconium bonded belt can be quickly released and replaced using an easy-access panel.

FLOOR-MOUNTED DESIGN USING SUPPLIED HEAVY-DUTY STEEL PEDESTAL STAND
